Meet Christine Spretnjak

Christine Spretnjak is Founder of The Center of Wellbeing, a holistic center that utilizes energy psychology and energy medicine practices. Our thoughts, belief systems and individual conditioning has a direct relationship on our feelings, emotions and overall well-being. Our inner world has more influence on what we produce in our outer lives than only physical changes can produce.

Christine has been a life-long learner of the practical, and experiential nature of consciousness. By focusing on results, she immersed herself and explored how we work and how to support her clients ability to achieve their full potential.

Christine graduated from Indiana University with an Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science in 1994. She contributed in the public and private sectors of business in the capacity of system administration, database administration, process development and management when her life began to crumble. As her health declined, she determined that she wanted to invest herself in discovering the “root of health,” and was open to any path that would lead her there.

Christine was led to the School of Metaphysics in 2005, where she would eventually teach, direct, and become President over the 12-branch school headquartered in Missouri. She graduated with a Doctorate of Divinity in 2014, and a Doctorate of Metaphysics in 2016. It was here that Christine immersed herself into an experiential study of fundamental questions like, “Who am I?” She immersed herself in practical ways to apply the natural laws of the universe, and learned to create in cooperation with those laws. She learned how the mind works through giving service.

With a desire to integrate the study of consciousness with a more conventional counseling degree, Christine earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Professional Counseling from the University of Oklahoma.

In 2020, Christine integrated all parts of her learning to open the Center for Well-Being to support her clients to come into their full potential. Her primary practice utilizes EMCS©. She also incorporates dream study, and group classes that support individuals bringing forth their authentic selves.

Why EMCS©

The Energy Matrix Clearing System© developed by Dr. Gary Cone founder of the Cone Center Living in Choice is a sacred process of healing whereby the EMCS© practitioner enters into a sacred contract with the client to identify and remove patterns that limit, block, and prevent individual progress toward a happier and healthier life.

EMCS© uses a specialized form of kinesiology (muscle testing) to identify energy blockages in the subtle energy bodies. This interrupted flow of vital force can cause physical, mental, emotional and spiritual limitations. EMCS uses vibrational healing sources: gem, mineral, essences of plants and animals, essential oils, creative imagery, light, color, and sound frequencies to open blockages and restore healthy energy flow and communication.

Muscle testing is a type of biofeedback from the body. It is powerful because it makes contact with all levels of self-awareness. It demonstrates that the each of us is the only source of information about our individual experience of life. In other words, it demonstrates that we are the only authority of us. It is important to note that muscle testing does not test muscles; it tests the brain’s hemispheres. It looks for agreement between the left and right hemispheres. The EMCS© muscle testing procedure using both the left and right arms simultaneously. Using this method is an additional guarantee that the highest information is possible by achieving a whole brain response.

EMCS© incorporates the principles of energy and vibrational medicine that espouse that humans are more than physical. Several leaders in the field of energy medicine like Richard Gerber, MD, William Tiller, Ph.D, and Julia Melges Jablonski agree that human beings are essentially energy, and that energy balance is necessary to sustain life. Because EMCS© recognizes that human beings are multi-dimensional, it accounts for the whole human holographic energy system which includes brain functions, the autonomic nervous system, meridians, chakras, the etheric, astral, mental and causal bodies.

Since its inception in 2003, thousands have benefited from the process. The focus of the process is typically related to core negative beliefs, thoughts and emotions that hold in place patterns of disease that manifest in the body as various ailments. By diffusing those lower vibration feelings and emotions, the physical damage caused to the body by conflict, worry and anxiety is disrupted and one is freed to experience harmonious energies like joy and love. The process has also proven effective at clearing energies that keep addictive patterns in place. It does not maintain that it cures disease it acts, however, to open channels and pathways in the human holographic system that frees energy to be used for healing.

Anyone can benefit from EMCS© sessions. Each session’s aim is to makes probable greater awareness of oneself. As one grows in awareness and understanding of who one is, all parts of life become animated. One can move beyond mere survival to thriving in a life they enjoy and love.
